This one is from a couple that lives out in Eastern Carolina, three hours away from us. They stopped by looking for a place to buy good beef and pork. The gentleman grew up and worked on a ranch out in Oklahoma — so I’m thinking he knows his meat. This is what they had to say about us: “The meat is excellent! We will be back soon for some more. Brisket is perfect.”
